  Nice apartment that was updated. Hard to beat the rent. Good location. Construction was inconvenient but improvements were welcome.

  I spent last school year in one of their newer private studios. It was a good experience for me. I loved my apartment. It was really clean and I didn't have any problem with pests. Both the managers were nice to me, but I can see how managing the younger students that move into the quads would be a big job. I think the female manager gets a bad rap in some of the reviews because she tries hard to keep things clean and quiet - which I appreciated. Some of the people I spoke to at the complex who lived in a quad were not unhappy with their situation at all, but they said you have to try to get in with the right roommates. So my advice is preferably rent one of the private one bedrooms or studios. If you have to rent a quad to keep costs down, do your research as to what type of roommates you will be moving in with.
