  This attorney , Andrew Ivers, talks big about what he can do for you but in reality all he is interested in is getting his retainer and doing the bare minimum. His pleadings to the court are barely adequate. Then when it was time to go to court he withdrew from the case (with no prior notice) and left us hanging on all 3 cases. He had done absolutely nothing to prepare for trial. Our retainer of $1500.00 plus another $1800 is ridiculious for what he did. He did not always show up to appearances and we had to go alone. Beware of him as we got burned badly.
