  They have cute shoes but everything I like they didn't have in my size. However if you wear a 9-10 they have shoes for you!

  Went in tonight to purchase a new pair of shoes for my son because the converse that I had bought him for school (just 3 months ago) had fallen apart, just one shoe had completely lost the bottom. Rosa realised that this was a manufacturing defect and went out of her way to look up the receipt (I didn't have the original) and refund the purchase price toward a new pair of Nikes. Rosa was awesome and I will definitely continue buying my family's shoes from Famous Footwear in the Albany Heritage mall.
