  Tom, the tech arrive in his Valley overhead door uniform, and went straight to work on replacing the old/rusty Genie opener with a brand new Liftmaster 8550 rubber-track opener. Tami at the main office gave me a reasonable quote before installation.All the old rust rollers were replaced, and a broken plastic hinge with a metal one. As the unit was installed in front a limiting beam, Tom measured to make sure it fit, which was the case. He installed a back-up battery and programmed an extra remote. He was careful, safety concours, and very professional. He did not leave until the job was perfect. I hardily recommend Valley Overhead doors and Liftmaster! The new devise was very quiet opening and closing, compared to the "heard of elephants" that was heard upstair with the old opener. Kudos to Valley and Tom!
